1) VERY IMPORTANT: You must reserve your room at least one (1) day in advance if you require assistance from the IBT Physical Plant. If there are changes in your setup, you must contact the Room Coordinator 24-hours in advance to ensure that the changes can be made. Do not contact the Physical Plant department directly.

2) The user is responsible for returning the room to its original condition. The user must ensure that the room is clean and all furniture that has been moved by the user is returned to its proper place. It is expected that all meeting refuse will be placed in waste containers located within the area and that all food service material will be disposed of properly or washed and returned to the proper storage cabinets. No Food or Drinks are allowed in the Auditorium.
Smart Tip: If you will be serving food and/or drinks, please add 30 minutes to your reservation to allow time for clean up.

3) If the event occurs after hours or on weekends, you may need to provide an account number if special custodial, network, or audio/visual services are required. The Room Coordinator will determine what if any additional charges will be made.

4) Reserving a particular room for back-to-back meetings may not be feasible if special arrangements are required. Contact the Room Coordinator if you have any concerns.

5) Please be advised that your room reservation, and equipment requests will be subject to availability. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the reservation, and equipment request have been scheduled.
