The mission of the IBT Physical Plant Facilities department is to provide a functional, safe and clean environment that is conducive to the missions of faculty, students and staff enabling them to pursue their respective fields of research, education and administrative support. We strive for excellence in customer service providing a courteous, prompt and efficient response to the needs of those we serve while remaining fiscally responsible.
